Dawson Turns THREE

This little firecracker is THREE!! Say, WHAT?!?!

Here is his last picture as a two year old, AKA baby. ; (

Happy Birthday, DAWSON!!!

It's really hard to imagine that our 'baby' is three. I mean, really??

He is SO stinkin' cute and that little blonde haired boy has me wrapped around his finger but I think calling him a little firecracker maybe an understatement! He is SO full of energy and WILL NOT be out done by his older brother and sister. I think it's safe to say we have been blessed with another strong willed child! ; )

My boy LOVES some pizza. He begs for pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So when his birthday rolled around there was no better place to take him than CiCi's. It was all you can eat pizza for the birthday boy!

And he took it quiet literally. He had two full plates himself and then finished mine AND Benjamin's. I don't know where he puts it but this little dude can kill a buffet. We literally had to stop him from eating and deny his requests for more.

After dinner we headed to home to enjoy his treat from RaRa & PePaw. This is definitely a family fave and was chosen (by the kids) over cupcakes. Now that is saying something!

It's been a very special day celebrating our precious D-Dawg. We can't wait to continue on the celebration at the State Fair!

*I mean the fair is what put me in labor 3 years ago remember? Oh, the memories! ; )*

A Letter to Ella

To help improve our handwriting skills in school Emma Claire has been choosing one friend a week to write a letter to. This week was a family friend, Ella Wood, who lives in Montana.

As you can tell Emma Claire needs to improve her handwriting quiet a bit but this was a good start! It also helps me sneak in some spelling work which she does not like to do. ; )

* I have no clue why she said we get 1 foot of snow! So funny. We have gotten about 10 inches max! ; )

The Lion, The Witch, & The Wardrobe

As a field trip we went to one of the local high schools with some friends to watch them perform The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. They did a fantastic job and the kids LOVED it. (All except for Dawson. He was done at about 10 minutes in but I'm thankful that Benjamin works right across the street so he was able to walk over and get him so that we could finish the show!)

One of the kids favorite parts was getting to meet the characters after the show. They were so great with the kids and really made them feel super special.

Notice how Camp is shaking each person's hand? Most people were running through with a quick high five but Camp wanted to make sure he didn't miss a person on his way out. : )

We found Asland at the end of the line!

Props to the students at Wake Forest High School. You did a great job and we will definitely be back for more shows!

A Week in Mississippi

As always we had a fun week in MS spending time with family. The kids loved their projects PePaw had for them in the barn and Dawson thought the cats were the best!

We found one of my old bridesmaids dresses in Ra-Ra's closet along with a UT hat that I had Peyton Manning sign when he played there!

Cousin LOVE!

On our way home we got to stop and visit with Chelsey, Heidi, and Braydon. Always one of our highlights of our trips back home!

Cause We're Cool Like That...

Not really, we were doing a couple selfie email between all of our small group members! ; )
