Before/After Table and Chairs

Some friends of ours have been doing some painting and antiquing things so I asked if she'd be interested in refinishing a table for me.

The table started out looking like this...

After about 4 weeks it now looks like this...

Doesn't it look fantastic! I was in love the moment I saw it. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. 

After they finished the table I thought I would try my hand at refinishing some chairs myself.

I LOVE the whole set! I am hoping there will be many meals and love shared around this table for years to come. : )
