Dawson's 1st & Camp's 4th Birthday's

While we were home visiting family in Mississippi we decided to throw Camp a 4th birthday party and Dawson his 1st!

It's so much fun to have it with family and get to spend time visiting with them since we miss so many family get togethers.

I'm not sure it's appropriate to have Dawson's first birthday party be a pirate party but Camp LOVES Jake and the Neverland Pirate's and he insisted that is what he wanted to have. So, we went all out w/ Jake without having all the skull and crossbones. ; )

Camp made such  handsome Jake!

We had LOTS of pirate food!







I was able to rent this fun bounce house and slide from a friend to entertain the kids. We never once had to get on to them!









I can't believe this handsome boy is almost 1!

Time for the treasure hunt!

You must have swords, eye patches, and mustaches to defend and disguise yourself from Captain Hook while looking for the treasure!





For whatever reason my kids think it's necessary to have a pinata at every birthday party. Thankfully it's an easy way to fill the treat bags. : )









Time to smash the cake! My other two kiddos didn't really care so much for this part but I knew Dawson would LOVE it! This boy LOVES to eat, especially treats!

So thankful for all the friends and family that came out to help us celebrate! We had a blast and the boys LOVED their party. We can't wait to see you all at Christmas!
