We made sure to get up early so we could take advantage of every minute we had there. While we were getting ready that morning Emma Claire got a phone call from the front desk saying that she had a package waiting at the front desk. I wish you could have seen/experienced all the excitement she had and could not wait to get down there and see who it was from.
Guess who it was from.......CINDERELLA! She had an invitation to come to her castle that very day and get a makeover by her fairy godmother's in training. What a treat!

And off we go!
I love this picture of Emma Claire. This was when she saw the castle for the very first time. Pure joy.
Her very first autograph was from one of the fairy godmothers.
Can you tell we are having fun?!? This was such a blast to experience with our big girl.
Of course Benjamin found his caramel apple!
We did get to catch a few minutes of one of the shows in front of the castle on our way to her makeover appointment.
I can not say enough about the people at the Bippity Boppity Boutique. They were great and really spent time engaging with the children that came in.
Can you tell she had a blast?! There are several more pictures at the bottom of this post from the PhotoPass Cast Members.
Of course she chose the biggest hairstyle. Go big or go home!
This experience was completely worth it and right up her ally. She still thinks she is a REAL princess. SHHHHH...for now we will let her imagine that she is. ; )
We purchased the dining plan for our trip and completely got every bang for our buck. EVERYTHING I got was amazing. Just look at this food from the all you can eat buffet. YUM!
Our first character meal was at the Grand Floridian 1900 Fare. At that meal she and James got to meet Prince Charming, Cinderella, the evil Step Mother, and the 'Sisters'.
I wish had my video camera on when Emma Claire saw Prince Charming for the first time. She had her back turned and a mouth full of food when he came up behind her. When she turned around and saw him I thought she was going to spit her food out in the floor. She was completely overwhelmed! : )
This girl was great! She had everyone at our table rolling and hands down won the best actress award.
These picture just make me smile because they were all so wonderful. They really took their time with the children and NEVER once got out of character.

You can tell by the background how beautiful this hotel was...
One of Emma Claire's favorite rides was It's a Small World. We had to ride it multiple times and she sang to the top of her lungs every time we rode through.
In Fantasyland we went to a Beauty and the Beast show and guess who got picked to be actors and actresses!
Emma Claire was featured as the Philip the horse.
James was the Beast and Benjamin was a guard.
(There are several more pictures below from the Disney PhotoPass Cast Memebers.)
This was right up their alley and Benjamin finally got to meet his favorite princess! He says that Belle is his favorite because she has big books. ; ) (I'll let that sink in a minute. ; )
Click Here to watch a snip-it of their performance.
A perfect ending to our first day! The fireworks show is always so amazing. I may or may not have gotten a little teary eyed. ; )
Below are the pictures taken with our Disney PhotoPass by the Cast Members. I would HIGHLY recommend this route to anyone going to Disney. So easy and convenient and mommy always got to be in the pictures, too. ; )
Someone knew the camera shot was coming in the first picture! ; 0
First of all let me say that I do.not like riding rides. I am just as happy being the purse holder and eating a treat. BUT Emma Claire wanted to ride Space Mountain and I COULD NOT let my 6 year old show me up! As you can see from the picture I only had my eyes open when it was necessary.
Emma Claire was persistent that she wanted to ride on front. After not being able to talk her out of it we thought we'd let her give it a try. When we got off the ride she was teared up but tried to explain to us that the only reason she was crying was because she thought her hair was getting messed up because we were going so fast. Yea, right!
Here are some more pictures from her Bippity Boppity Boutique experience!
Bottom Right: Our family shot before we went in to the 1900 Fare dinner with the Princesses.
The stars of the Beauty and the Beast show!
Magical. Just Magical.
