Camp at 9 Months

This boy is growing like a weed! Here are some of the milestones he has hit over the last several weeks:


*Started Crawling on May 23th.

*Said Da-Da on May 29th.

*Said RaRa on June 13th.

*Drank from a Straw on June 14th.

*Started from a Sippy Cup on June 17th.

*Started pulling up on June 29th.

*Said and waved Bye-Bye on July 7th.

*Got his first tooth on July 7th.


Other little facts about Camp are:

*Unless he is hungry or sleepy is just the happiest little boy always with a smile on his face.

*He weighs almost 23 lbs! Emma Claire didn't weigh 23 lbs until she was 1!

*He will eat almost anything you sit in front of him. Even with no teeth! He loves strawberries and bread. He can down a whole strawberry and bagel in almost no time.

*This boy loves to sleep as much as his mommy. When he is tired all you have to do is walk into his room and he starts reaching for his bed, LOVE THIS, and he goes to sleep on his own. He does sleep with a sound machine on and with a cd player to cover the loudness of big sissy. Camp still takes two naps, sometimes 3 a day, and sleeps from about 7:30 pm to 7:30 am.

*As for hair, there is still not much and it looks like it is going to be the same color as Emma Claire's. It is coming in enough that I can style it on top with a little nestles. ; )

*He has started pulling up and loves it. He pulls up anywhere he can grab on and has even started walking down the side of furniture.

*Camp is a water bug. Loves the water and loves to splash.

*Camp stop nursing this month is now drinking whole milk from a sippy cup. He did this on his own and was.not. a choice of mommy's. :( I was okay, I just hadn't prepared myself.

*He is still a passy boy.

*Camp and Emma Claire have really started to play together. Most of the time I can find them both in her room doing who knows what.

Can I just say I love this boy! I never thought I could love a little boy so much. He has definitely stole mommy's heart! (Of course, a part of it still belongs to daddy and sissy!)

Emma Claire loves to ride the golf cart with Pops and go pick flowers. When they get back she always has a handful.
