Camp at 5 Months

Camp is:


*Sitting Up!

*Picking up his Paci and putting it in his mouth by himself.

*Sleeping from 8:00 pm till 5:00 am, eating, and then sleeping till 7:00 or 7:30 am.

*Laughing and smiling every chance he gets. Camp is such a Happy Baby! His big smile will melt you to putty.

*Eating cereal for breakfast, a fruit for lunch, and a veggie for dinner. He likes: rice cereal with mixed fruit, oatmeal with banana, pears, applesauce, prunes, bananas, carrots, sweet potatoes, and sometimes squash. He dislikes: plain rice cereal, peas, and greens beans. We have stopped him from eating peaches right now because he breaks out in whelps on his head. We'll try them again in a few months.

*Nurses at 8:00 am, 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm, & 8:00 pm. (This one's for me : )

*Loves to play with toys. He is learning to use his hands very well and most things go right into his mouth!

*Can jump in his Johnny Jump Up for 30 minutes! He loves that thing. I keep thinking he has to be sore with all the jumping he does.

*Still blessing us with spit-up.

*Wearing a size 3 diaper! Emma Claire was still in a size 3 diaper when she moved into underwear!

*Is 19 lbs 9 oz.

*LOVES the bathtub. He flops all over the place like a little fish, flapping his arms and legs in the water. By the time we are done with his bath we are soaked, the floor is wet, and there is water ALL over the wall.

*Has to be teething. Drool. Drool. Drool.

*Loves to watch Blue's Clues! Go figure that one. He will hold that little turtle head up the best he can to watch every minute of it.

*Still likes to sleep alot. After sleeping all night he still likes to take at least 3 naps a day.

THANKS Mom for keeping us so informed and up-to-date. Camp is growing up way too fast! I LOVE MY GRANDSON!!!!!!
