I just had to capture a picture of this monumental moment in our home. Benjamin and I have been married for 5 1/2 years and this is the FIRST time I have EVER emptied my salt shaker! We just don't use salt. I'm sure there has to be some kind of health issue with leaving it unused for so long, but we will just ignore that minor issue for right now. : ) Truth is, when Benjamin and I got married I had no idea how to cook and would not add spices unless a recipe called for it. I have pretty much always gone completely by the book. So, now that we are used to not using salt, why start right?!? Such a big day for me!
