Emma Claire, much to my dismay, has been recently interested in weddings. A few nights ago she said, "Daddy, let's get married." She wrapped a necklace around my neck, and another around her's. She walked me into the living room and said, "Daddy, you stand here, and I stand here." I responded, "Who stands there?" pointing to the area in front of us. Emma Claire, with all confidence, said "Daddy, that's where the Creature stands."
Too funny! We'll have to remind her of that in a few years...like 40 or 50 years.
