Sunday Morning in the Snow

On Sunday morning Emma Claire called me into her room and said 'Mommy is the snow still outside?' When I pulled the blinds she was beside herself when she saw it. She immediately jumped out of her bed, went to her closet, put her snow boots on, and said 'I'm ready to go outside and play!'. She couldn't understand why I wouldn't let her go outside in her PJ's to play in the snow after she had been running a 103.5 fever... go figure. : ) After Benjamin made us a yummy breakfast we spent 30 minutes getting the kids all bundled up and then headed outside.

Emma Claire thought it would be yummy to taste the snow!

Our neighborhood is absolutely beautiful during the fall foliage and winter snows.

Camp was not so much a fan of the snow. This is the look he had on his face most of the time. Not mentioning the fact we had that small boggin shoved down on his head! He looks like he is saying, "Really, mom. Pink gloves??"

All Emma Claire wanted to do was build Frosty. She was so proud of the finished product!

Camp could have cared less. Can you see him screaming in the background??

  1. Those trees in your neighborhood really are stunning. And that looks just like a perfect Quinn snowman....fits right in!
