This week in Emma Claire's class they had Donuts for Dad's. Since we are out of school for the summer most classes do something special for an early Father's Day and bring the dads into the classrooms for a celebration. Unfortunately Emma Claire's class was going to be having their celebration on a day when Benjamin was going to be out of town so Mrs. Amy let us bring in a special snack a few days early so that Emma Claire and Benjamin could celebrate together.
This was the invitation she made and brought home to him.
They were studying the letter 'Z' that week in class so we found some Zebra Cakes to have for a special treat.
I love how she is looking at him as he reads the answers to the questions she answered about him.

The answers she gave were right on the money! She knows her mommy and daddy well!
